I convey to you, my thanks and appreciation to you, your professionalism, understanding and concerns for me. I needed to let you know, with your interest in my sore bottom lip, which has been a problem to me for some time, When I arrived home I visited my GP, which in these couple of weeks as been frequently, and discussed my lip.
He has referred me to a specialist to do further investigations on my absorption and digestive system, which appears to be out of sorts. It is interesting, with your interest, made it all get into top gear. I am a reasonably busy person so don’t go along to easily with these things. Thanks!

During the past few months I have been treated by Karen Turanga for some fairly significant gum and tooth hygiene problems, with which I had been battling with for some time without much success.

She has displayed a deep-thinking professionalism, competence, level of knowledge and technical ability, and also a very good manner: always explaining, but without being to technical, and offering well-planned, workable and effective solutions.
